Shipping Policies

Customer Pick-Up / Delivery / Shipping

Customer Pick-up: By Appoinment

  • Inspection: With advance request, we will hook-up and run your equipment to ensure your equipment is in good working condition when it leaves here.
  • Loading: We are happy to help you load and secure your purchases, at no  charge. 

Delivery/Installation

We can arrange delivery/installation upto 150 miles of Binghamton, NY for a fee. Please email for a free quote. Buy multiple items and save huge on shipping charges.

Freight Shipping

Drivers will NOT move or bring equipment into your building. You have 2 choices on how your freight will arrive:

  • Liftgate Delivery: Your equipment will arrive at your address via a semi tractor truck with a liftgate, the driver will lower the equipment off of the truck to the ground. You are then responsible for the merchandise once it is lowered to the ground.

  • Curbside Delivery: You can save some money by opting out of the "Liftgate Service" but will require either

    • A) Semi-tractor truck receiving dock
    • B) Your own forklift to remove product from the truck.

CAUTION: This means that the driver will bring the truck /equipment to the property, the Driver is NOT responsiable for getting the product off the truck.If you require help getting off the truck you must request a "Liftgate Delivery" at the time of purchase.

Additonal Fees

Crate/Pallet Fee: A fee of $50 to $150 is charged to the buyer to pack & prepare equipment for shipping. Crate packaging fees should be noted on each item and are not included in the freight charges.

Shipping Charges: We make every effort to use the lowest rates/carrier available.Shipping cost are based on: size, weight, type of product, destination and any special delivery services required.

Residential Shipping: Buyer is responsiable for noting upfront the shipping address is (1) residential or (2) limited access. If the shipping info provided is incorrect, the purchaser will be responsiable for any added delivery charges. 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Inspection Is Your Responsibility! Please carefully inspect your order and note any and all damages on the shipping invoice BEFORE YOU sign. Buyers are expected to take the time to uncrate or remove packaging, to ensure the product is in acceptable condition.

Damaged Shipping - You have 2 options:

1. Major Damage: Refuse delivery if product needs extensive repairs or needs to be replaced.

2. Minor damage/repairs: Make a note on the invoice, then we can help order replacement parts, and initiate your Freight Claim, following these steps outlined below:

  • Insurance Claims Process: Remember: No Note on Invoice = No Insurance Claim
  • Note invoice of damages
  • Save you duplicate copy of the note/invoice
  • Save all original packaging materials as evidenace
  • Take photos of the damages 
  • Promptly contact us to report a refusal or invoice noted damages

Redelivery
If the driver is unable to deliver for reasons that are within your control, redelivery fees will be charged to the buyer.

Cancelled Orders
Customers may canel an order with in 24 hours. We do not except returns or cancellations after 24 hour grace period.
